Responsabilitati Cell Manager:- Coordonarea si conducerea unor echipe formate din 40+ operatori/tehnicieni de productie, shift leaderi, process leader si maintenance leader;- Gestionare a 3 module de productie tigari conventionale sau neo stick-uri;- Asigurarea resurselor necesare pentru realizarea planului de productie;- Modelarea planului de productie optim pentru a diminua timpii de nefunctionare: schimbari de brand, conversii;- Instruiri EHS pentru membrii echipei;- Imbunatatirea capabilitatilor operatorilor si tehnicienilor de productie prin oferirea trainingurilor necesare: capabilitati de analiza, comportamentale, de comunicare;- Oferirea de coaching si feedback constant din punct de vedere performanta, tututor membrilor echipei, pentru a-i indruma sa isi atinga obiectivele;- Analiza stopurilor si identificarea lor prin diferite instrumente;- Analiza defectelor aparute si asigurarea contramasurilor necesare pentru reaparitia acestora;- Dezvoltarea task-urilor de CIL pe echipament (Clean, Inspect, Lubricate) + dezvoltare instructiuni de lucru (One Point Lesson);- Implementare Autonomous Maintenance la modulele de productie (IWS);- Analiza, actiuni corective si preventive in cazul unor productii neconforme din punct de vedere calitate, sau a plangerilor venite din piata;- Evaluarea subordonatilor pentru acordarea indicilor de performanta individualui;- Intervievarea persoanelor in vederea angajarii ca operator/tehnician productie/shift leader/process leader.

Progress Engineer ACTIVITIES:- responsible to define actions and investments needed in order to increase the workshop capacity- responsible manning and capacities calculation- responsible OEE for workshop machines- responsible for optimization, waste elimination and rationalization studies- implement solutions, support the change and control the realization- prepare reference guides (standard operationg methods, instructions, training, manuals)- responsible with ergonomic diagnostics on work posts- establish performance indicators and production norms and implements them with the assistance of workshop management- participant to work-groups to improve productivity, equipment and time for dimension changes- responsible for 5S audits in the workshop.MISSION :- Support and accelerate the success of progress initiatives by using special tools, methods, and approach- Make operational teams autonomous in the long term with regard to managing their progress by ensuring their acceptance of change.
