Warehouse Coordinator
Current• Facilitate day to day inbound and outbound operations within the warehouse and ingredients• Lead daily team briefings• Forklift operations, overseeing safety and compliance• Inbound ingredient and packaging goods receipting• Stock control and deliveries to holding area or line side and the dispatched or finished product into PLADIS network and direct export to customers• KPI targets on efficiency, safety, service and quality• LEAN strategy implementation and coordination of waste management process• Generate group Risk Assessments onto the Airsweb/EcoOnline Health and Safety Management system.• Respond to, and action accidents/near misses on the Airsweb/EcoOnline Health and Safety Management system.• Writing group Standard Operating Procedures to ensure they conform to the company, retailer and industry standards.• Liaise with Health and Safety managers to identify, route cause and create corrective action plans for any issues identified.• Liaise with manufacturing staff and managers to create meaning full and relevant Standard Operating Procedures.• Liaise with the training manager to ensure all relevant Standard Operating Procedures are trained in a timely fashion.• Work with central Safety, Quality, Security & Environment (SQSE) team to ensure the management of the systems conform with company, retailer and industry standards.• Work with central Safety, Quality, Security & Environment (SQSE) team during external and central audits.• Producing and maintaining a comprehensive log of all documents and controlling document control that is compliant with company, retailer and industry standards.• Working and training across multiple mediums, Word, Excel, SAP, Autostore, SharePoint, Airsweb/EcoOnline, Google drive & WorkPlace.
