As CTO and Chief Product Owner at a startup company, I lead the development of a matching platform for freelancers. In this role, I am responsible for developing the technical vision and product strategy, leading a team of developers, designers, and marketing professionals, and selecting new technologies and frameworks.I continuously monitor the infrastructure to ensure the platform is secure and scalable. I manage projects and ensure they are completed on time and within budget, working closely with other departments such as Marketing, Sales, and Customer Support, as well as external partners such as developers and vendors.I continuously improve the platform based on customer feedback and validate changes to enhance the user experience. I focus on ensuring the security and privacy of the platform.I also advise management on business strategy and software development in general. I am responsible for relaunching the website using Next.js and consolidating the portal as a PWA for web and Android.

As a senior software developer, I supported Mondosano GmbH as a freelancer from July to November 2022. My main task was to support the uploader, which is used to upload data to the company's database. In doing so, I set up the uploader, performed manual bug fixes and implemented logging functionalities to improve error analysis.In addition to the uploader, I also supported several other projects. My tasks included customizations of the matching algorithm, bug analysis and fixing for dev support projects, implementation of email features with Mandrill and code reviews for various projects.I also performed pair programming and implemented various Cypress tests. As a hands-on CTO, I was responsible for building, operating and evolving internal and external platforms as well as making all IT and product-related decisions. As a Scrum Master and Product Owner Lead, I built an agile team and created and maintained a product roadmap.I created and evolved an automated CI/CD pipeline from code to production, and worked as a DevOp, Backend Lead, and Frontend Lead. With my deep understanding of software development methodologies and modern technologies, I was able to design and implement an HTML parser with XPath that allowed effective structuring of 750 million data per country. I also extended and rebuilt an HTML crawler that enabled efficient data extraction using Spark and Hadoop for 200 million seeds. I also built a PaaS using Apache Mesos, Marathon, and AWS Route 53, and created automated acceptance tests for an existing SaaS tool.
