I have done it all from books and payroll, leasing and tenant management to fully remodeling apartments under my contracting business, including electrical, plumbing, sheetrock, cabinetry, countertops, bathroom remodels, refinishing wood floors, replacement of hundreds of Windows and just about anything else you can think of.
