I've been a self-employed illustrator/fine artist for 27 years. For the first 16 years of my career, I did art on a freelance basis for advertising agencies around the country. About 11 years ago, I began doing fine art and I've made a living selling my paintings in galleries, art shows, and art festivals. I've also been commissioned to do portraits in oil, acrylics, and charcoal for clients around the nation.
