Committed individual with significant experience, working on construction projects for the past 22 years and recently as Vice President Construction Operations with Developer / Builder The Onni Group, Project Executive at Swinerton Builders, and other large General Contractors. On the US west coast: Seattle - 4 years, San Diego - 8 years, San Francisco - 4 years and Los Angeles - 3 years. Prior to my work in the US, I worked in Vancouver BC Canada for 3 years. In my role I manage meticulously all phases of preconstruction and construction of projects, leaving no stone unturned for value-added opportunities. Maintain high standard of interdisciplinary coordination with architects and consultants. Support project design and permitting progression while monitoring deliverables and evaluating cost estimates. Also, enforcing all onsite and offsite constructions compliance with building and safety regulations. I effectively handle contract negotiations, conflict resolution, litigation, and public relations. Assist with negotiations of contracts, change orders and resolve significant delay and construction matters with mitigating solutions. My hands-on experience, personnel skills, academic qualifications and professional credentials have been a source exhaustively utilized in my work.
