Plan work methods, materials, equipment needs and work schedule for assigned project work. Reviews daily work schedule with direct reports and updates weekly schedule from project feedback.Review and understand the project specifications to support job set up activities. Work with crews, field engineers and local utility companies to identify hazardous areas on job site.Coordinate with internal equipment team and external vendors to ensure that project work is equipped with equipment and material quantities to complete production within assigned budget and schedule.Forecast the work schedule to identify possible issues and provide technical or scheduling recommendations to mitigate production issues.Provide technical input to identify and resolve project risks including construction methods, work plan and material requirements, safety and schedule activities. Document daily activities and meeting notes using approved document methods.Support strict adherence to safety and process controls regarding operating equipment, worksite safety.

• Review the construction contract and or lease documents to understand the obligations of RealAmerica Construction, LLC as they pertain to the design, budget, schedule, and other construction-related issues.• Assist to ensure that the design work of the Architect, Engineers, and various design/build subcontractors is proceeding as scheduled and is in coordination with each other's design work.• Develop a mobilization plan in concurrence with the project master schedule. Responsible for Steel Erection, bolting, and Crane operations. Supervise and instruct crafts for steel erection, bolting procedures, and methods, also crane and rigging operations. Conceptualize means and methods techniques. Prepare work plans, hazard analyses, and daily diaries. Assign duties to subordinates. Coordinate material, equipment, and manpower requirements. Accountable for the safety, quality, and cost-effective production of the work.
