WonderFi's technology empowers people to interact directly with financial markets and allows anyone to engage with personal finance. With Leonard's guidance, WonderFi debuted on the NEO Exchange in Toronto in August 2021. Leonard’s career started out as the Senior Vice President of Yorkton Securities Inc. Under his leadership, Leonard helped grow the firm from a team of 50 to 500 employees across Canada and Europe.Leonard founded Taurus Capital Markets in 1995. A privately held boutique investment bank. In 2000, Taurus was ranked as one of the top 5 technology investment banks in Canada. Under his leadership as CEO, he conceived and developed the business model and led the company to over $1B dollars of private and public financings, leading more than $350M raised. He sold the company in 2002 allowing him to fully pursue his business advisory and philanthropic endeavors.Leonard established LDL Corp. in 2002, to focus on sharing his expertise with both "buy side" and corporate clients.
