• Act as a support to the Project Manager and Top Management and fully in charge of the technical and QAQC management scope.• To organize and design the overall master work program for the whole project from the preliminaries until the project completion status, this report were to be review internally then to be submit to the client and consultant for approval.• Organize each and every one of the sub-contractors and prepare every trade of work’s method statement, then seek approval Internally and from the consultants.• To foresee and plan ahead during the construction stages, to be aware of the issue and problem arise and manage to take precautionary action to prevent them from happening. • Manage the site arrangement’s dispute, design amendments and quality’s issue, come out with a solution and proposal on them. • To plan and manage the construction work’s sequence, to ensure the work carry out on site is smooth, such as material delivery, installation work’s sequence, heavy machinery transportation, installation method statement, pre-reserved holes or opening planning, have to be spot on when instructing the sub-contractor or workers on site. • To prepare a quality control work program, ensuring the project can be completed up to the standard according to the company’s target. • Take charge on the final design documentation and as built drawings compilation and submission to the consultants, ensure all reports and documents are tidy and up to date.

Project: Alam Pesona Condominium @ Putatan- To liaise with external parties and relevant Authorities with regards to all technical and contractual matter on the project scope or discipline.- To monitor work progress against accepted project schedule and provide advice to Superintendent Officer Rep (SOR) and Work Package Contractor (WPC) the mitigation measure in case of delay.- To provide technical and management guidance and direction to the project team.- To maintain Quality Assurance Plan, Health Safety Security Environment (HSSE) Manual prepare by WPC and to ensure compliance by the WPC.- To ensure all site works are carried out in accordance with drawing and specifications and to the required quality work.- To issue stop work order to WPC, if there is any critical issue related to health, safety and environment at construction site.- To issue Non-Conformance Report to WPC, if there is any work carried out was not comply to the project requirements.- To recommend to Management on issuance of Practical Completion Certificate and on the Client's approval, to issue to the WPC the final Certificate for signature.- To recommend acceptance of As-Built drawing to Management.- To recommend issuance of Certificate of Make Good Defects to Management.- Act as primary point of contact for the construction supervision of project between the SOR, WPC and consultant team.- To response to the WPC's technical request and liaise with design engineers for design changes.- To issue site instruction to WPC for design change work.- To verify work done by WPC and liaise with project QS for WPC's interim claim.- To review site diary, monthly progress report, QAQC report, HSSB report, routine maintenance report, TMP report, incident report submitted by WPC.- To review method statement, proposed materials, shop dwg, TMP submitted by WPC.- To prepare & monitor O&M manual.- To prepare QAQC plan for WPC to comply.

- Project Management- Plan ahead in terms of next work of trade, material, manpower and dateline- Liaise with Sub-Con and supplier making sure drawings and material are deliver in time- Supervising junior engineers and supervisors work from time to time- Monitor work program closely to prevent any delays- Ensuring the work program's critical path is proceeding smoothly so the rest of the work would follow- Current project: TRX elevated highway (Jalan Tun Razak SouthBound)- Piloting work to determine existing utilities ensuring bored pile and pile cap work can be carry out- Traffic Management Planning to meet both DBKL requirements and project spec- Involved in Utilities diversion such as TM optic fiber (16 ways to 24 ways) ; Maxis optic fiber, TIME.com optic fiber ; TNB 33kv, 11kv and .45kv (low votage) cables ; Syabas piping work (hot tapping and end cap) - Project's Foundation work is Bored pile from 1.5m dia to 2.5m dia, together with secant bored pile to gather the loading and shoring for the tunnel going in TRX city- Crossheads are cast in-situ and precast launching with 3 segments, shoring systems consist of cuplock system for cast in-situ and pecco shoring support for precast- Beams include precast U beam, precast super U,precast T beam and cast in-situ spine beam

- Follow up with overall work progress and work closely with the Project Manager and Directors to plan the project effectively and ensure all work done can be achieved within the target date given.- Set up an emergency plan and generate site facilities, ensuring that is it in line with the health and safety proposal.- Prepare a material and labor schedule for the project, produce requisitions as far ahead of program period as possible to ensure the lowest price to be obtained by the Purchasing Department.- Maintain the schedule and track progress, keeping records on file and copying weekly records to HQ office.- Trouble shooting on site and decision making for the optimum results.- Ensure work done are in high Qlassic-based quality in terms of reducing structural defects and discrepancies.- Checked all material used by sub con are compliant with the technical and quality specification.- Go thru Inspection forms prepared by supervisors, cube test report from batching plan and mill cert from supplier from time to time.- Prepare Meeting Minutes thoroughly and highlight any possible issue and solving them on the spot with a discussion among superior and sub con.

- Monitor Overall Site Progress and make sure it's done within the schedule given by the client.- Pilling work supervision such as caisson pile, bored pile and micro-pile.- Earthwork cut and fill for workable platform by the slope.- RC work supervision including quality control for Rebar fabrication, pre-concrete and post-concrete inspection.- Moderate M&E work supervision such as electrical and plumbing piping, fire fighting conduit installation and TNB sub-station work.- Liaise with sub con for outstanding design drawing or any technical issue.- Architecture work supervision such as brick-laying work, plastering work and louvre installation. - Went to "QLASSIC AWARENESS COURSE" part 1.

- Design RC structure and piling foundation content using structural analysis software such as Orion18, Esteem9, StaadPro and Prokon Foundation Analysis. - Familiar with AutoCad software.- Designed projects included Semi-D (high slope, flat land and low slope), Condominium and International College (total of 28 storeys high, 11 lower ground and 17 elevated floors).- Structural and Foundation components of both the projects.- Foundation design consist of Caisson Pile, Bored Pile, Micro-Pile with rebar or API reinforcements, pad footing and flat Slab (Raft Foundation).- Earth Work cut-and-fill planning for the projects International College and SemiD.
