I have a self employment history of more than 20 years, I have realised that since the inception of most business ideas and strategy revolves around looking for financial assistance, according to my opinion I differ with a lot of people. This made me realise that we need a paradigm shift, it is not about finance, it is the idea of establishing yourself to meet the requirements that qualifies you as the person you are detined to be. Bookkeping, Marketing, Business Strategies, Identification of a platform for enterprise development by not isolating socio-economic development from enterprise development, bbb-ee consulting, the experience I accumulated from the self employment I started at the age of 19, I had thought myself through my experiences which even includes negatives and positives that without marketing, there is no business growth.What is broad based black economic empowerment, it is growing the economy of black people by investing time and efforts into unleashing the talent and potential of black people in ownership, management control, skills development, employment equity, preferential procurement, socio-economic development and enterprise development. Not just being happy that we only spend in terms of compliance. Let us take this a step further by working towards achieving or meeting these targets and make a change.
