Provided system and software engineering support for DCGS-A in the Vilseck and Grafenwoehr area of Germany This support included configuration, installation, fault-isolation, and troubleshooting of a wide variety of software including VMware vSphere, Windows 2008, Red Hat Linux, Oracle, and Microsoft SQL Assigned as the Bavaria area lead, coordinating DCGS-A support for exercises and real-world events for the military units throughout Bavaria Deployed to Djibouti, Africa as the site lead in support of CJTF-HOA (Combined Task Force Horn of Africa) providing DCGS-A support to the Joint Intelligence Center and Operations Center As an integral member of the J2 systems shop, was called upon to integrate intelligence products and solutions into the DCGS-A system, improving the capacities of the Joint Intelligence Center and Joint Operations Center. Worked with Information Assurance Team, resolving Host Based Security System (HBSS) firewall and program restrictions policies impacting DCGS-A. Integrated Global Broadcast Service (GBS) collection data feeds into the DCGS-A server suite, allowing archival access to GBS information

Provided system and software engineering support for DCGS-A to the numerous military units in the Vilseck and Grafenwoehr area of Germany. This support includes configuration, installation, fault-isolation, and troubleshooting of a wide variety of software including VMware VSphere, Windows 2008, Red Hat Linux, Oracle, and Microsoft SQL. Integral part of a team that installed and configured an Intelligence Fusion Cell at the Joint Military Simulation Center (JMSC), using DCGS-A, Joint Worldwide Intelligence Communications System (JWICS), and Combined Enterprise Regional Information Exchange System(CENTRIX) networks. This allowed communications and collaboration between intelligence analysts in a forward deployed location and the rear-area fusion cell, reducing the number of forward deployed analysts. Performed testing of Information Assurance Vulnerability Alerts (IAVAs) for software, hardware, and application updates are undertaken on a regular basis. Provided results back to leadership along with corrective actions and fixesPrepared several unit DCGS-A server and network equipment suites for deployment.
