-Payroll Administration: Management of Brewing department's hourly employees payroll and benefit administration-Employee shift scheduling: Plan and release weekly shift roster for Brewing department hourly employees including posting overtime where needed-Material management: Management of Brewing department raw materials to meet production demands. Activities include daily review and ordering of raw materials as required, tracking of materials on transit and liaising with vendors on optimal delivery time and routine cycle counting.-Production scheduling: Analyze the breweries 16 week sales forecast plan and translate that into a brewing and filtration plan to meet packaging demand.-Contractor management: Ensure 3rd party contractors working on site are supervised to ensure compliance to company safety policies and prevent any incidence on site.-Quality management: Partake in quality management certification activities such as BRC audits, internal and external recall and investigation into customer complaints-Performance Reviews: Monthly performance review presentation for senior management and zonal leadership team on ongoing continuous improvement project charters.-Maintenance Planning: Liaising with Maintenance planner on equipment availability in execution routine PM.
