Including day-to-day and long-term process operation, maintenance and project responsibilities.Improved Recovery Boiler operation from being a plant bottleneck, by reducing variability, removing process inhibitors and increasing reliability, with minimal capital expenditure. Overall improvement resulted in increased throughput of 36%. The Recovery Boiler heat release was increased from .8 to a 1.1 million Btu's per square foot of floor area, this was the highest in North America.Provided coaching to Process Engineers, Process Masters, Shift Engineers, Capital Project Leaders and Corporate Single Sourcing and Boiler Relifing Teams.Corporate Audit Coordinator for Boiler Systems Audits (19 Plants) across North America.
