Designed and developed engineering database systems to serve manufacturing groups in the Electronics organization. Used expertise as GE Certified Analytics Engineer to develop novel methods to mine, analyze and visualize process, test and reliability data. Responsible for introducing and supporting the JMP application for the Research and Manufacturing. An analytics toolset was developed using the JMP JSL scripting language which interfaced to the engineering databases using SQL. This was used for manufacturing statistical process control (SPC), process development and continuous process improvements. Taught JMP JSL programming at Global Research and was active with the Global Six-Sigma Quality team.Supported the Cleanroom COE (Advanced Packaging, Semiconductor, MEMS, Nano), Solar Manufacturing (CdTe) and GE Healthcare X-ray Mammography group Enterprise Application needs. This consisted of the design, development, deployment and support of several MES and CMMS systems to manage manufacturing WIP and to manage equipment maintenance. Team responsibility included business modeling, schema development and J2EE software development. Worked as the primary J2EE developer and PLM business administrator providing operations support during the maintenance phase of these systems. Subsequent role was to act as the liaison and SME between the Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality and IT teams. This included meeting with stakeholders to gather functional requirements, documenting changes (CM) and implementing system upgrades without interrupting production. Role also included procuring, configuring, validating and deploying several COTS systems. These include the Intelex QMS, Synopsys Yield Manager, CimScan SCADA and Honeywell TGMS systems.Provided support for Cleanroom COE computerized system workstations and local area networks (LAN). Designed and developed Advanced Packaging Laser Lithography CADCAM software tools and supported several CADCAE COTS applications.
