Next step of MKB Energieadvies, aiming to curb CO2 emissions by realizing tangible energy savings at SME's assisted by our own web platform (Energieplanner) and intake app (Energiescanner).Director: - Collaboratively built up a company with 2 partners from 3 to 50 employees (30 FTE) and yearly turnover growth (30-50% p.a.)- Saved over 119.000 ton CO2 (October 2023) since company start- Lead our IT-team in the Netherlands and Rwanda to create new product features and provide platform maintenance- Responsible for finance and legal affairsOperational:- Setup and coached students in their computer science bachelor thesis projects (teams of more than 10 students). Our intake app (Energiescanner) and our data analysis platform were launched as a result. - Successful and on time market introduction of new compliance services based on market information, technical and judicial requirements and knowledge of development team speed and other commitments- Consultancy: provided SME’s (100+ companies) with personalized and actionable advice to save energy - Created and interpreted several data sets and legal formats for government agencies. E.g. building a national model from publicly available sources to identify all companies that are liable to a Dutch environmental regulation. - Managing and applying for innovation subsidies, both individually (WBSO) and in a consortium (€ 226k European Regional Development Fund subsidy)
