As part of Gulfstream project, Dow will be constructing a new $1B MET Solution Technology Polyethylene Production facility at Dow Texas Operations (Freeport Plant B), Poly 5, for start-up in 2016 & 2017. Total Recordable Incident Rate (TRIR) of a 0.31 spanning from august of 2014 to present with a max workforce of 4000+ personnel.

These projects required busing employees to and from their work stations and to and from their housing accomondations.
