The Chief Engineer / Broadcast and Video Operations serves as the Engineer in charge (EIC) for multiple broadcast control rooms and athletic venues used for TerpVision and B1G+ productions.• Provides guidance and support of live events for TerpVision, B1G+ productions, and TV Vendors onsite • Coaches and mentors freelance staff and students on technical systems utilized for day-to-day operation and responsibilities• Maintain inventory of broadcast equipment and computer hardware throughout video production facilities• Performs preventive maintenance and troubleshooting on A/V equipment located in athletic venues, and broadcast control rooms to ensure operational readiness.• Assist with outside remote broadcast partners for Athletics venues. • Assists in designing, developing, and implementing future venues’ AV systems integration into the Broadcast Centers.
