Senior Product Design Engineer Responsibilities include:• New Product Introduction (NPI), Design and Development.• Preparation of AutoCAD drawings and concept modelling.• Design of 3D CAD models..• Obtaining quotations, requesting samples, verifying drawings and validating samples.• Upkeep and maintenance of the drawing registry and graphic legend registry.• To ensure that all drawings comply with company standards.• To control drawings to relevant suppliers or departments within the company.• To micromanage projects until completion with the use of MS Project.• Communication of internal changes to products/procedures within the company, issued from the R&D Department using MRB & NDCO procedures.• Ensuring a high standard of quality to ensure we meet ISO 9001 : 2000 certification.• Ensuring that all products are designed to the relevant EN Standards.• Creating, maintaining & updating of MRB’s, BOM’s, ECO’s & NDCO’s.

Responsibilities include:• Site Surveys• Layout design & space planning of surveyed premises.• Preparation of AutoCAD Drawings for client’s approval.• Review of AutoCAD Drawings from design team.• Pricing and cost analysis of each project.• Preparation of snag lists to complete projects.• Preparation and maintenance of project reports.• Working to meet and exceed ISO 9001:2000 standards.
