Business Enterprise and Big Data Architecture: Working with solution architects to model the current state Business, Application, Data and Technology architectures (inclusive of Value Chain, Capability & Process mapping, Application Architecture Views, current & future Hadoop Big Data implementation strategies) of the Call Data Centre Technologies (CC Telephony Infrastructure, Client Online Banking, Insurance, Enterprise/Legacy systems, other) within the bank – and with solution design training and implementation support from Hortonworks Data Platform (HDP) specialists. BPMN Process Analyst & Business Architect – to design a proof-of-concept (POC) application, and perform third-party system testing of the Business Process Management (BPM) & SOA functionality of the ActiveVOS BPM application suite. As a visual orchestration system, ActiveVOS is an affordable all-in-one, standards-based business process management suite (BPMS). With ActiveVOS, project teams and individual developers working in web services environments can easily automate KPI dashboards, BPMN-to-BPEL model transformations for process execution and Sharepoint-style standard Inboxes for business process management that accelerates the design, development, testing, deployment and maintenance of scalable BPM applications – in much shorter timeframes.

Senior Business Process Analyst & SOA Business Architect – to develop frameworks & models within the Business Development & Integration Services group, for the new eHealth Ontario Corporation, based on IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) & Service-Oriented-Architecture (SOA) industry standards.
