As we grew in size, my role focused specifically to Corporate Development conducting due diligence on the initial two targets, negotiating the terms of the deal. Contract administration for a 2 year highway construction project in Fort St. John, B.C. One of the youngest engineers invited to become a shareholder.Over a 2 year period overhauled the corporate CAD standards and pioneered a new technique for applying CAD in design vs. just as a drafting tool. Adopted nationally across offices. Reduced design time and improved quality.
