o Financial monitoring: of 3 RE SPV (OPCIs) with 700M€ AUM: coordination of fund valuators, auditors, property managers and depositary for monthly NAV publications.o Development: Acquisition underwriting through financial modeling (Excel and Argus) for Retail Park assets. Participant in the set-up of bank debt for acquisitions and asset refinancing. Establishment of banking documentation, monitoring of reporting and banking information obligations.o Reporting: Preparation & update business plans at asset and fund levels.

Greater New York City Area

o Development: Perform acquisition underwriting analyses for office, retail, and multi-family assets: Argus reports, Excel models, and market/location evaluations. Perform feasibility analyses by conducting market research and comparable property evaluation for assets to highlight growth opportunities in New York and other markets.o Financial modelling: Build up of financial analyses on XL. Model multiple levels of debt, joint-venture structures and profit distribution waterfalls for current and potential investments.o Reporting: Edited monthly asset management memorandum and cash flow model for JV investors.
