EvEMR was a medical start-up that developed a unique Behavior Health EMR that was built around the idea of evidence based medicine. We also intergraded with a few Android and iOS apps that included a ePerscriber that allowed a medical provider to prescribe medications from any internet enabled device like iPhones, Android, and Windows based mobile devices. We also developed a "E&M"- Evaluation and Measurement calculator that accurately determined the cost of behavior health treatments and had the ability to output the correct E&M & CPT codes with as little as 7-8 taps on the screen. In addition we built an behavior health assessment tool that included screeners / assessments, and severity measures, for the most common behavior health issues. While at EvEMR I managed the remote and in-office training and support staff. Managed developed of all company training content, processes, and employee goals, to ensure our staff provided a world class support experience to our customers. I management the customer support channels including: chat, phone, email, in-person training, remote training, and sales seminars. Finally I worked with product testing / QA, product enhancement, and other product management task related to our proprietary applications.
