This project accompanied the repurposing of 2 historical assets, aging back to 1928.*Previously led a Crow Holdings development in the Orange County, CA Market through COE. -Spearheaded a $2M live-work unit capital improvement through 02/2021. -Secured the 2nd highest NET effective rents at $2.71/psf by transition date -Closed with a favorable DQ improvement of 33% in Q3/Q4 -Averaged 94% rent collection despite tumultuous COVID conditions. *My active tenure and transition with Greystar is a result of the acquisition of Alliance Residential Company in June of 2020. -

Achieved 51% occupancy and 60% leased within 6 months of opening – exceeding budgeted expectations by 3%. Secured the 2nd highest market rents at $2.31/psf by close of 2019 – up $0.18 from property launch with a 34.6% favorable NOI. Averaged 95% rent collection despite COVID conditions.Prior (12/2017-10/2018): Managed a brand-new loft development in Glendale’s Westgate sub-market that opened in February of 2018. Achieved 100% leased & 80% occupancy within 5 months of activation and secured the highest effective rents at $1.64/psf while submarket averaged $1.10/psf. As a result, the asset transacted merely 6 months into stabilization efforts.Prior (06/2015-12/2017): Directed two communities with 11 team members in the Phoenix sub-market (41-unit Net Zero Energy lease-up & 252-unit stabilized community undergoing full interior rehab & a two-million-dollar capital improvement). Achieved 52% pre-leased by opening month & 97% occupancy within 6 months of lease-up. Maintained rents & occupancy above 90% for stabilized community during tumultuous market conditions & renovations.Prior (06/2012-05/2015): Collaborated with the Business Manager to drive and retain revenue for the asset.
