I appreciate the time you have taken to visit my page. I'm a well rounded Engineer with a business degree. As an Engineer for the past 20+ years, I've benefitted from different technical challenges and learned other disciplines. Mechanical Engineering is my core competency, however, along the way I've executed electrical, Programmable Logic Controls (PLC), plastic injection molding, Internet of Things (IoT), and artificial intelligence oriented tasks. My ambition pushed me forward into the world of business when I decided to achieve an MBA from the Raymond A. Mason School of Business at the College of William and Mary. To leverage my extensive engineering background, I focused my MBA studies on "Management of engineering and technology development". My motivation was to reach maximum career potential. The result is an Engineer with an entrepreneurial and innovator's mindset, determined to push existing products forward, create new business, and add value to a company willing to grow and expand revenue.I have a demonstrated history of working in high volume manufacturing (semi-automated and fully-automated) and consumer electronics (cell phones, set-top boxes, piezo-electric driven pumps, printer cartridges). Skilled and knowledgable in Computer-Aided Design (e.g. SolidWorks, Autodesk Inventor, PTC Pro/Engineer), ISO Standards (14000, 13485, 14971) compliance, LEAN Six Sigma (Yellow Belt), automation, Electro-Mechanical products and assemblies, Design Thinking/Human Centered Design methods, supply chain management, operations management, leadership, communication, troubleshooting, decision making, public speaking, and impactful presentations.At heart I'm an artist with technical skills to combine fit, form and function.
