Before joining CO-STUDIO, I co-founded a design-build company in Auckland with my husband, where over ten years, I not only poured creativity into design but also played a pivotal role in managing day-to-day business affairs. Balancing artistic vision with operational practicality, I showcased a seamless integration of design and operational expertise.Now, as CO-STUDIO's Practice Manager, I leverage my diverse skills to reinforce our team's collaborative approach. My unique blend of business acumen and creative design sensibilities defines my role, embodying the values of social responsibility and equity. I work towards cultivating a thriving and compassionate workplace, fostering innovative ways to enhance our unique way of work within the world of D&B.Outside of the professional realm, I enjoy exploring mountain trails with my husband, two sons, and our energetic pup, Barney.
