Electrical Equipment Engineer -Responsible for designing, developing, installing, managing and maintaining equipment which is used to monitor and control engineering systems, machinery and processes inside production.-Analyze breakdown and troubleshoot adjustments to eliminate re occurrence and adjustment misses of machines.-Investigate quality problems and formulates effective countermeasures through machine software revisions.- Primarily deals preventive and breakdown maintenance from assembly to end-of-line process (DIEBOND / WIREBOND / MOLDING / PLATING / FINAL TEST / TAPING) Process.
