I am responsible for identifying, acquiring, restructuring, and optimizing local and international restaurant and retail brands in Africa, using the BRRAL Play Book, our in-house developed and locally contextualized model.As a seasoned hospitality, retail, and entrepreneurship professional, I have a passion for designing and implementing effective business operation systems that use technology to enhance efficiency, quality, and profitability. I also have a strong focus on building and empowering exceptional teams that can execute successfully and deliver outstanding results. Additionally, I have a secondary passion for data and technology-driven farming, which I use to improve the sustainability and reliability of the hospitality supply chain ecosystems in Africa.
