- Operation of events, shows, and attractions at Disney’s Hollywood Studios™;- Facilitation of themed events at Walt Disney World® Resort, including Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party, EPCOT International Festival of the Arts, and runDisney;- Ensuring an exceptional customer service experience, adhering to Disney standards.

- Client servicing for companies like META, Riot Games, Netflix, and others;- Assisting project managers and producers in managing the production of creative projects, including digital campaigns, installations (AR, 4D VR), connected experiences, in-shop activations, and interactive livestreams for global brands and agencies;- Facilitating communication with clients and suppliers, as well as tracking invoice payments with the finance department;- Budgeting production costs, planning execution schedules, and allocating necessary resources using tools like Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Monday, JIRA, Smartsheet, and TeamGantt;- Coordinating production development between São Paulo and other offices around the world;- Producing campaigns such as the 10th Anniversary of League of Legends in Brazil, Hasbro's PulseCon, Cooltopia Experience, Facebook Gaming Educational Series, Netflix Glass Onion Puzzle Boxes, and internal HR projects.
