Duties range from Assistant Store Manager to Cashier & Cook to Marketing Assistant. I also manage a group of four to five employees making sure all duties are done by each employee, and that by the end of their shifts they completed all goals set for that day. Very motivational and self determined cook in the sense that I try to make every meal as best and fresh to order as I can.MARKETING ASSISTANT:Help with the advertising that consists mostly of paper/magazine coupons as well as social media accounts. Always trying to improve the brand name, and encourage new customers to stop in. Also just starting using a mobile texting marketing strategy, that will send specific VIP coupons to those who sign up via scan barcode. Always trying to increase business and profits.
