Creating digital products to improve our breweries' performance!• Led the initial digital transformation of Jacareí brewery, spreading different Data & IoT projects across the shopfloor to improve quality control and reducing time spent on non-value added activities.• Created automated ETL pipelines to extract and transform IoT data into structured tables, enabling automatically generated reports in order to improve business decision making and process controls, mainly using PowerBI, Grafana, MySQL and Amazon Web Services (AWS) services, such as Sagemaker and Lambda functions.• Led the technical team developing a web application focused on automating quality reports during our beer production process. Responsible for all business processes related to freight management in the digital transformation project of Raízen Argentina, interacting with the logistics and finance teams.• Analyzed all processes in order to integrate both Argentinian and Brazilian operations into a single unified SAP environment, identifying all necessary systemic changes.• Created all technical requisitions with the IT team, being responsible for guaranteeing the established deadlines and executing all required software tests, according to the PMBoK guidelines.
