Worked on .Net sync infrastructure that synchronized 3rd party transaction data into ALSAC systems. Worked to identify bugs and provide fixes, as well as helped maintain a React front end dashboard for system. Worked on team to perform manual fixes for error transactions that did not get synced, as well as worked to identify the reasons for those issues and come up with fixes to reduce the number of manual fixes. These fixes involved creating custom SQL queries to fix data and have to be approved due to auditing processes.

Responsibilities included working on bug fixes for ASP.Net app, as well as a roadmap for the app to be phased out. Worked with offshore team to build replacement app. Became a licensed RPA developer for UiPath and built several bots that helped project managers do research on potential clients, as well as automating tasks that involved creating new client objects. Brought in use of ABBYY Flexicapture, an AI document recognition and extraction software, in order to automate invoice auditing service that was provided to clients. Worked with SQL server with customer data to create and run custom reports using queries.

Provided many different functions in the startup, including developing software, managing team of software developers, adding new function to our application platforms, implemented suggestions and changes from customers, maintained servers and applications.
