• Expertise on end-to-end transformation projects for international clients in the chemical, natural resources, and delivery industries.• Redesign of clients’ forecasting processes or optimization existing ones in the areas of Zero-Based Budgeting, Driver-Based Financial Planning, and Workforce Planning. • Support to clients in improving their performance monitoring capabilities, data analysis, and data visualization for management reporting purposes. • Cooperation with the change management and technology streams to foster a smooth delivery of the initiatives.• Project Management responsibilities as to detailing project plans, selling extensions, and handling clients’ expectations. • Growth supervision of junior national and international resources both inside and outside projects.• Lead of internal research efforts to enrich the Practice’s knowledge on performance measurement and financial statement analysis.

• Direct support of the Senior Management on company and market-wide research aimed at assisting portfolio investment strategies, via the creation of quantitative and qualitative models.
