- Led the development and launch of Kompas Mobile version (Android & iOS).- Established operational roadmaps aligned to develop a valuable product with functionalities and tools that meet the needs of our clients, resulting in an user acquisition average growth rate of 5% and 18% on our web and mobile platforms, respectively.- Managed multidisciplinary teams (DevOps, UX / UI, Data, BI) in order to prioritize and achieve the continuous development of functionalities that meet Kompas business requirements, with 3 major releases on average per month.- Adapted and scaled product functionalities over time, generating an average growth in the number of monthly active users (MAU) of 12.3%.- Achieved Kompas´s monetization through a subscription model aimed to serve different types of users and their respective productive needs, reaching a sale of 250 subscriptions in the first quarter of its launch.

- Made a diagnosis of the cement-based construction products industry in Mexico and developed a market analysis of potential products with Holcim risks, according to their volume, value and competitiveness, it could generate an economic and commercial impact within the industry.- Proposed four action plans aimed to commercially positionate Holcim México in strategic business regions.

- Achieved incremental competitiveness levels in 100 SMEs, through the design and implementation of management, commercialization and production new processes, resulting in an average growth of 47% by employee productivity and 34% by enterprise. Project comissioned by CONACYT (National Science and Technology Council).- Supported the creation of 15 clusters (exportation networks) that led the commercial and production integration between 75 SMEs, resulting in estimated annual business flows of aprox. 1.5 million euros. Project carried out with ProMexico in the framework of AL-Invest 5.0, an international cooperation project promoted by the European Commission in Latin America.- Conceptualized and implemented a SMEs´ Linkage, Human Resources Professionalisation and Commercial and Production Consolidation Strategy within the agroindustrial sector in Mexico and Honduras, in order to boost mexican agrotech products exportations. New product methodologies and strategies ere adapted in 55 SMEs, achieving an average sales growth of 33% and 13% in its net profit.- Designed an Entrepreneur Formation Metholodogy whose activities and procedures were mainly oriented to boost the technology and innovation capacities, habilities and capabilities of starting enterprises in Guatemala.

- Designed the private-public fund "PROSOFT 3.0" operation rules that established the technical and financial requirements that more than 1,000 entrepreneurships had to fulfill in order to get their projects evaluated and get the funds to undertake them, achieving an optimal distribution of the 240 million pesos assigned to this program.

- Provided financial consultancy and advice services to 47 start up, scale up and consolidated companies referred to their investment projects, in order to optimize and guarantee its profitability through their operation horizon, undertaking both financial modelling (corporate analysis, feasibility and viability valuation) and economic valuation and analysis.

- Achieved the resolution of 12 requests issued by large national taxpayers, regarding their transfer pricing methodologies used with foreign related parties, leading to obtain a tax income amount equivalent to 342 million pesos.- Led the negotiation of three multilateral agreements with the North American Tax Authority (IRS) in order to avoid double taxation related to taxpayers with transactionality in both nations, resulting in a taxation of 540 thousand dollars.

- Provided economic and financial assistance to 2 public/private entities in an investment decision making process, achieving a return over the invested capital of 7% in 10 months.- Performed analysis, control and monitoring duties regarding 12 companies´ investment portfolios, resulting in a monthly average growth of 5% with a 9 months assessment.
