• Encargado de administrar las áreas de Washington DC y el Estado de Marlyland buscando nuevos negocios con el objetivo de aumentar las ventas y alcanzar los objetivos propuestos.• Manejo de software interno para la gestión de proyectos, desde la venta hasta el desarrollo e implementación de los mismos, así como para el seguimiento de las relaciones con los clientes a lo largo de todo el proyecto, incluyendo el servicio post-venta.• Elaboración de plan anual de ventas. Responsabilities:• Equipment selection and installations design: expansion of pneumatic, steam and electrical installations.• Energy Optimization: improvements in lighting, use of solar energy, reduction of steam consumption.• HVAC optimization: programmable interface design for proper control of Tand HR% all over the plant. Design and change of HVAC system controlsoftware programming (KMC), to reduce the Chiller consumption.• Research and development of new projects together with directory: research of technical characteristics of machinery and installations for the project development.• Industrial automation: equipment selection, commissioning tests, improvements in PLCs programation, to optimize the energy and plant productivity.• GMP: development of processes and protocols for obtaining GMP certification.• Electromechanical and pneumatic designs: installation of safety elements in existing machinery according to current required regulations.• Planning and development of improvements in production processes aiming to increase plant capacity, efficiency and quality.• Planning, execution and control of preventive-corrective maintenance of industrial equipment and services.• Supervision, training and coordination of maintenance personnel.• Development of processes and instructions for services and machinery.• Control of pressures, flow and quality of air in all the plant areas, strictly fulfilling the minimum specifications required.• Control and changes of high- and low-current networks: telephones, internet, cameras, proximity sensors for opening and closing self-locking doors, DVR.• Operation and maintenance of Apiter's Steam Boiler• Operation and maintenance of critical equipment for the pharmaceutical industry.

Responsibilities:* Satisfy and respond with high quality service demands and technical queries of internal and external SKF customers in the region, both industrial and automotive, developing technical-commercial proposals and engineering projects, based on SKF calculations and tools. Customer service for all LATAM. Technical responsible of Argentina.* Provide support in the use of SKF tools, provide SKF technical information (product data sheets, catalogs, instructions, certificates, graphics, reports).* Provide support to the sales team through:- Creation of supporting documents, tracking offers, quotes, cross-selling between SKF product lines.- Detection of new business opportunities.- Product quotation, order management and order logistics.- Keep the costumer updated on new releases or campaigns.- Market study of each local unit to provide support aiming to increase sales.* Development of continuous improvement projects.* Support to the local unit performing maintenance tasks in large industries (UPM, Montes Del Plata, Weyerhaeuser).* Work with bearings, condition monitoring equipment, equipment for performing preventive and predictive maintenance, power transmission products, industrial needs related to lubrication either equipment as well as methodologies for proper task management, providing solutions of basic engineering in these product lines.* Structured, created and maintained procedures and instructions associated with Engineering Projects required to obtain the ISO 9001:2015 certification.* Research the potential of new automotive products in the region.* Project development in bearings, power transmission and lubrication engineering.
