• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers. • Securing resources, materials, and equipment required for all Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) work. • Participating and assuring compliance in the Health, Safety, Environmental (HSE) Management System's training and policies. • Prioritizing and securing dates for the execution of all PPM work via interfacing with Maintenance and Operations Groups to establish work schedules. • Establishing job steps, resources, materials, and equipment required for all PPM work. • Collaborating with Operations and Projects Group to schedule desired date of work according to designated priority system within established PPM timeframe. • Generating work packages for all jobs utilizing standard procedures and processes across all operating areas. • Managing PPM task lists, Preventive Maintenance Routines, and Maintenance Plans. • Assisting in Preventative Maintenance Cost management and budgeting.

• Provided procurement support services related to the provision of goods and services to the Mid Continent Business Unit, Rockies Area in the area of "Drilling and / or Production Operations". • Analyzed material progress reports and expedite the buyers.• Updated monthly the surplus materials list and report usage as commercial savings. • Responsible in both strategic and tactical in nature and include, but are not limited to:  Coordination and Logistics related to Oil Country Tubular Goods Wellheads and Production equipment  Creating purchase orders for materials and services  Issuance of bid tenders  Performing commercial bid evaluations  Negotiations with third parties Working with SAP MM Module

In charge of all the aviation Coordination (Scheduling, Maintenance, Pilots Duty time, FAA and RAV regulations Compliance) for the transportation to and from of all personnel to the off shore facility at the Gulf of Paria in Eastern Venezuela. Also helping with Contracts Coordination and invoicing in SAP.

In charge of all ground transportation coordination for Company executives Expats on Business or Personal and their families, also in close coordination with our Security Company Staff.
