Project manager and fluvial geomorphologist in the environmental consultancy sector. I specialise in the river restoration and catchment management sectors, working both with public and private sector clients and coordinating several successful river restoration projects.At the same time, I am a doctoral researcher developing tools for effective river management. My current work focuses on the creation of a cost-effective technique to capture data continuums/ fluvial sediment mapping from 2D and 3D UAV-based datasets . Technical inputs range from geomorphic assessments and optioneering to design of restoration options and stakeholder engagement. My experience also includes compliance assessments for new schemes, fluvial audits and contributions to catchment-scale restoration plans associated with the implementation of the Water Framework Directive.
