Continuing my internship project through as a Master Thesis together with TU Delft

I am combining Reinforcement Learning and Optimization tools to ensure improvements in passenger connections, delays and curfew noise performance by strategically re-sequencing aircraft in their arrival orders (Target Time Management System). This tool will be then deployed in SWISS's Operations Control Center within Zurich Airport.

- I carried out a machine learning project with the aim of predicting the willingness to buy for six different ancillaries. This was successfully achieved by comparing four different methods, with accuracies up to 93%. The purpose of this was to yield strategic insights into different customer behaviours and pricing approaches.- I was responsible for the pricing of 12 routes in the Izmir/Anatolia region. During these four months, I generated a total revenue of approx. 20 mil. €.- I performed multiple ad-hoc business data analysis for upper management which delved into the following topics: competitor pricing analysis, price elasticity of demand, promotion analyses and ancillary prediction.
