-Experience in structural designs of Residential, commercial, and industrial structures for statics and dynamics loads.-Experience in structural designs of variety foundations such as slab on grade, pier and beam, pilling (wood, steel, and reinforced-precast concrete), post tension, Monolithic Foundation spread footings, and Retaining walls according to ACI 07-5, IRC, IBC (2006/2009), NDS 2005, ASCE 7, Steel Construction Manual (13th edition). -Knowledgeable in Rules and Regulations by TDI (Texas Department of Insurance) to qualify for WPI-8. FEMA Requirements/Codes to comply Wind & Seismic Requirements -Experience in structural designs/calculation of framings such as Lateral shear wall analysis, pre engineered trusses, BCI joist, roof trusses, Anthony power beams, LVL beams, and others. -Experience in structural design analysis of SIP (Structural Insulated Panels) for commercial and residential with different manufacture's specifications reducing effectively the material costs of columns and beams significantly and still keep code requirements and regulations. -Experience in Bearing capacity and settlement calculation for piling in beach houses. -Experience in wind load calculation and design, according to ASCE 7 and IBC, of wind resistant roof structures using spreadsheet, and design software. -Able to do excel work sheets that show calculations about different engineering applications like deflections for transformed sections, critical stress for compression members, and others. -Other experience include planning, scheduling, and monitoring cost control and project management of construction of highways and retaining walls. -Experience in transportation engineering. -Experience in working with homeowners and their homeowners assocation, including the city, to get approval of trellises, decks, covered patios, additional rooms, etc. for building.
