• Coordinate the MBDA Quality Discretionary projects framework – (from 5yrs strategic plannning down to the reporting; +15 projects per year; €5ML budget)
• Support the company effort for cost of non-quality tools and methods while guaranteeing consistency of the Enhanced Cost of Non Quality (CNQ+) system in Italy
• Develop strategy and promote and apply Knowledge Management techniques for the development and sustainment of key resources for the Quality community
• Lead the Document Record Management (DRM) project, relying on OpenText® platform, to get 5 countries, 9.000 users and +7 million documents consistently managed so to protect the company against third parties commitments

• support and coordinate the development of the C2RD Methodology and Toolset
• promote the deployment of the methodology driving the Improvement project work-pages allocated
• facilitate the change management by providing either awareness and training sessions
• test the methodology deployment on some selected company projects in their concept phase
• collect lessons learnt and consolidate best practices to be used for the entire team benefit
• drive the current and future Improvement project phases also foreseeing a full deployment across the company
