I am currently the Site Manager of DOMO's Italian site in Arco, near Lake Garda, where I lead a multidisciplinary team dedicated to providing sustainable polyamide solutions. Throughout my career, I've dedicated myself to the chemical and plastics industries, emphasizing an open-minded approach fueled by care, responsibility, curiosity and, of course, respect. I embrace teamwork and value open communication and regular feedback as key elements. As the site manager of a 120-employee facility specializing in engineering plastics, I prioritize the development and professional growth of our team members. This focus on development is especially critical to ensuring the safety of our team, which remains my top priority and daily motivation. In our industry, we have a significant responsibility for the well-being of our employees and the protection of our environment. This is in particular true at our Arco site near Lake Garda in Italy, a beautiful region that I love and that deserves to be protected every day. My educational background includes a degree in Materials Engineering from the University of Trento, Italy. With over 20 years of experience in compounding, process engineering, quality management and R&D in engineering polymers, I've held positions in raw materials management, product development and technical support. DOMO Chemicals is a Belgian family-owned company offering engineered materials solutions based on polyamides to a diverse range of markets including automotive, consumer goods, industrial goods, electrical and electronics, agriculture, chemicals, pharmaceuticals, fibers and textiles. At our Arco site, which has been in operation since 2004, we specialize in the production of specialized polyamide 6 and 66 compounds under the Technyl® brand.
