My name is Leonardo da Silva, i was born on Curaçao but i am currently living and studying in Zwolle, the Netherlands. Before i lived in the Netherlands i worked for my brother in his snackbar for at least 4 years as General manager. From doing this job i could conclude that i am really reliable and trustworthy, because in those 4 years i always had to open or close the business. From this job I also obtained skills in management of people, task distribution and coordination of work. I am currently studying International Business at Windesheim University of Applied sciences, in this study we get different courses that helps us understand different departments of a business, some of these courses are: Marketing, Finance, organization management and HRM, organization strategy, Supply chain and global trends to name a few. Other than these we also get some courses that helps us on working with other people for example living in the world this is a course which we learn how to work with different people from different cultures. This is something that was easy for me because I was born in Curaçao which is an island in the Caribbean, that is actually a melting pot, also I am currently living in the Netherlands and this has also helped me to get out of my comfort zone and get some out of my country experience.
