Responsible for a business unit with a 8 Million monthly sales creating the production plan and MPS for it, attending the SIOP meetings and share all necessary details with all departments that need to increase the safety, quality, productivity, delivery and operation cost in accordance with the Corporate Sites.  The responsible for producing and maintaining the weekly and monthly production schedules starts with manual and semi-manual assemblies, mechanical process, testing and packaging in Plant. Development and deployment the production schedule for the commercial vehicles. Ensure MRP parameters are optimized for demand signal reliable. Management the inventory and raw materials and often work closely with a purchasing department to keep track of supplies to prevent shortages that could cause delays in production. Follow escalation process related with OTD, sales and absorption and support action plan for short and long term solution. Works closely with engineering and quality to release of BOM, ECO, deviations and quality issues as required. Support NPI team as required. If required, I also participate in the planning to ensure the successful execution of the monthly Sales and Operations Planning processes like the first and second operations until to get the FG of different production families, to achieve a profitable end.
