Customer Quality Engineer
Current- Acting as main communication partner for the customer related to quality assurance matters on mass production stage. - Management and tracking of customer quality claims. Leading problem solving meetings and customer reporting. - Ensure internal information flow related to customer returns to appropriately address design, manufacturing, packaging and logistics causes. - Coordinate sorting, replacement and customer returns activities. - Follow up quality improvements plans and effectiveness evaluation. (internal & external) - Update the quality documents following a product / process related changes. Getting proper customer awareness and approvals. (4M matrix, PFMEA & Control plan) - Analyze, compile, review and regularly report quality metrics such as PPM/ 0km/ warranty performance.
