I work out of Boston Massachusetts. I am a Realtor and General Contractor in the state of Massachusetts. Throughout the years before getting my licenses I worked as a Realtor's assistant, and worked in construction. I have worked as an Acquisitions Manager for fix and flip projects, wholesales, and listings for MG Group at Century 21. In May 2021, I opened my own company Foresight Equity INC. The company puts my two areas of expertise together. Providing construction services, and real estate. Our name defines what we do. Foresight defines our goal of looking into the future. We do so by observing new trends, market analysis, and taking these factors into consideration. Equity in real estate means an increase in value from the original value. When buying a property that needs renovation, those renovations build equity for future sales. When buying a property to hold over the years it builds equity.
