Responsible for the commercialization of customs services and cargo transport, handling purchase transaction documents, maintaining contact with the client and suppliers in order to obtain a good final distribution in the transport of merchandise.

Responsible for the supervision and control of managerial, administrative, supervisory personnel and coordinators assigned to the various service accounts, managing 80 accounts and a total of 240 people.

Responsible for supervision at vessel, yard, gate,data setup (review cal y cdl and ensure safety procedures in the Terminal.Responsible for safety procedures and handling of enforcement in special cargo, oversized cargo, reefer and imo cargo,Responsible for work orders and overall productivity in work assignments to vessel, yard and gate verifying KPI’s ( Navis - N4 & Sparcs).Motivate and generate proactive attitude towards staff, communication and planning objectivesReview of volumes, available equipment and the working plan Conducting training - simulator - gantry cranes and RTGs and implementation in the operational areaSupervising staff at Terminal.Review requirements in cooperation with the planning area, for availability and coordination about vessel, yard and gate operations ( Navis - N4 & Sparcs)Coordination with planning area about berthing of vessels (agents, shipping lines and company’s pilotage)Coordination of all equipment and direct communication with maintenance - PM’s ING-CRANES, ING-MEC & ING-SERVOverall coordination of quantity of staff required for the operational area to reduce extra cost

-Control documentario de Exportación e Importación-Transmisiones Electrónicas-Coordinador de área de exportación e Importación-Supervisión y control de toda la documentación de Embarque y descarga.-Supervisión y control de la zona de aforo-Control y revisión de documentos para embarque-Supervisión y control del personal en muelle ( Enapu)-Tramite documentario en Puerto ( Enapu)-Manejo del Sistema SIGAD (Transmisiones electrónicas, envió y recepción de la DAM para la recepción y control del Canal (Rojo – naranja – verde).-Liquidación de cuadrilla y montacarga.-Manejo de junta de puertos-Supervisión de las exportaciones en patio de contenedores, así como los diversos servicios solicitados por los agentes de aduana (aforo físico, senasa, inrena, elaboración de la nombrada, atención al cliente, etc.).-Supervisión y control de las operaciones en puerto (zona 4 - Enapu).-Manejo de personal a mi cargo.-Coordinar y supervisar las maniobras de carga sobredimensionada sobre camión y cama baja (maquinarias, carga rodante, carga suelta, carga frágil, etc.).
