- Conducted a heat loss analysis project utilizing an anemometer to estimate BTUs loss daily. The result was a reduction of 4% of BTU lost daily by designing in SolidWorks a new dock layout for receiving. -Created and coded an interactive Access file to record the purchasing/safety information of 145 dust collectors. Made necessary changes to the material of bags in dust collectors to allow optimal performance. - Contacted different suppliers to find best and reasonable price for bags and filters for dust collectors. - Conducted ergonomic assessments and provided solutions to increase the safety of my teammates. - Led risk assessments reviews to reduce hazards for our teammates and comply with OSHA regulation.

- Created interactive database for 78 dust collector using Access. Database held manufacturer, type of bag material, buying information, and data serviced. The database was broken down into the various locations at the site and user could hover to preview info. - Streamlined inventory management, reduced lead times, and ensured seamless production flow.
