Create a welcoming experience by authentically greeting all guests. Observe to quickly understand whether a guest needs assistance or wants to interact. Follow body language and verbal clues to tailor your approach. Engage with guests in a genuine way, which include asking questions to better understand their specific needs. Be knowledgeable about the tools, products, and services available in the total store, and specific to your area, to solve issues for the guest and improve their experience. Thank the guest in a genuine way and let them know we’re happy they chose to shop at Target. Be knowledgeable of GM areas to ensure sales floor is zoned, in stock and accurately signed and priced for guests. Acknowledge guests as you complete workload with minimal guest disruption; partner with leadership to prioritize daily workload based on business and guest needs. Ensure regular and promotional signings are set accurately for GM categories, and be knowledgeable about the products in the ad. Execute inbound, replenishment, backroom, and signing processes for GM areas. Execute processes including pricing, presentation sets, and inventory accuracy as directed by your leader for all areas. Understand how operational procedures, like planogram (POG) ties, product capacities, and sales-floor quantities impact shortage, profitability, in-store replenishment, and inventory accuracy. Operate power equipment. Follow processes accurately with attention to detail, and monitor own progress. Demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety, and compliance. Work in a safe manner at all times to benefit yourself and others; identify and correct hazards; comply with all safety policies and best practices. Support guest services such as backup cashier, and digital fulfillment processes and maintain compliance culture while executing those duties, such as federal, state, and local adult beverage laws

Student leaders will transport big groups of high school scholars across campus and discuss the amenities of Iowa State University as well as the academics that surround certain majors. Help scholars gain a better understanding of how college works. Attend lecture classes with scholars and answer any lecture-related question.

Employees will provide excellent customer service to the campus community including students, staff, faculty, and off-campus guests. Duties include, but are not limited to: customer service, including greeting customers; serving and storing food and beverage at various venues; working in the dish room; operating kitchen equipment; organizing, sanitizing, and cleaning; proper cutting, slicing, and chopping techniques; preparing recipes; proper handling, storage, and cooking of temperature-sensitive food.

Smile, greet, and thank customers with a positive attitude. Stand for long periods of time while checking out customers quickly and accurately. Keep your area clean and presentable. Answer customer questions and help them with their needs. Be available to assist associates across the store as needed. Run cash register and scan market goods.

Cashier duties include checking out customers and operating a POS (Point of Sale) system. Unload product off of the truck to be stocked on shelves. Stock shelves with products for customers to purchase. Properly price and display product signs. Sack groceries and provide "to your car" carry-out service. Record and report accurate inventory counts. Assist all customers in their shopping. Provide excellent customer service.
