Productivity gains in assembly and inspection activities of up to 30%.• In wire mesh suppliers, from 70% to 80% OEE improvements in automated machines, due to a 60% reduction in Setup time and elimination of micro stops for adjustments. Elimination of rework that generated a 70% reduction in direct labor in the area.
