● Strategic & Financial Analyst for LATAM IPB segment with +$20B in footings, Responsible for reporting all Banking financials. Reporting includes finalizing actuals, forecasting, CCAR scenario planning, and multiple ad-hoc analysis.● Lead analyst for “bottoms up budgeting” endeavor, created and managed a detailed forecasting database; accomplished being able to plan at the client & producer level to create more trustworthy and reliable analytical measures. The plan was created in mind to work with actual to minimize data clean up and maximize time for review, analysis, and insight. ● Lead Ruby analyst, in charge of preparing multiple CCAR scenarios (Base, Adverse, and Severely Adverse). Responsible for the entire region's forecast & budget that they were submitted to the Federal Reserve. ● Lead Banking product specialist, responsible for managing and reporting of banking financials for LATAM. Work closely with treasury to create accurate forecasts for rates, balances, and revenues across multiple products and countries. Forecasting always within 2% of actuals. ● Support strategy department with financials and analysis. Assisted in creating new management views for IPB LATAM business to better visualize current financial trends. ● Support analyst for all portions of IPB business including Local Managed, US Managed, Citibusiness commercial segment, and Citi Private Client segment. Responsible for monthly reports, budgeting, management presentations, & trend analysis.

● Strategy Analyst for Citi Private Client (CPC) Miami and Commercial LATAM US managed portfolios. ● Portfolio analyst for CPC. Provided detailed summaries for each banker and gave recommendations based on the potential of each portfolio. (Top 10 clients, bottom 10, higher spread, ECT.). Well received and continued this reporting on a monthly basis. ● Worked directly with business directors to ensure that Budgets, Strategy Plans, and Performance Management were being calculated and distributed correctly for Citigold (NY, MIA, SFC), Private Client (MIA, TX, NY), & Commercial branch.

● Implemented revenue management models created at the theme park level that was then applied to the company’s other 10 theme parks. ● Built and managed R.O.I. models that were used for capital projects upwards of $20MM.● Implemented advanced excel skills (V-lookup, Multiple Regression, analysis, & Monte-Carlo simulations)● Regression analysis that helped better understand market visitation, which led to more efficient marketing spending and improved pricing strategies for revenue management. Led to an increase in revenue of $20MM.● Conducted Business, Operations, and Budget analysis for multiple departments regarding ten parks with combined revenue in excess of $1B● Implemented analysis regarding Elasticity of Demand within nine other parks. ● Developer for price elasticity seasonal pricing models. Projects focused on analyzing external and internal factors that influence price elasticity of demand. Using this information to forecast future pricing, sales strategies, and budgeting. The result was two consecutive record-breaking years for our Discovery Cove park.
