Poductivity improvement of production lines by balancing operations, reducing non quality costs, increase OEE, and main focused to reduce operating costs by KAIZEN workshops.

Activities related to documentation updates, work instructions sheets, process control records, parameter process sheets and the most impact task, scrap reduction project.
